Service Certification
Service certification is one of my country's "three types of certification" stipulated in the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation". It is a new certification system specially established for the service industry to meet the needs of macro management under market economy conditions. Certification agencies follow certain procedural rules to prove that the service meets the requirements of relevant service quality standards.
What is after-sales service certification?
After-sales service certification is the first qualification certification for after-sales service in China, and it is also the service certification with the highest value in China. When most companies need service certification, they will first choose after-sales service certification "Commodity After-sales Service Evaluation System" GB/T 27922-2011. After-sales service system certification is applicable to the evaluation of after-sales service levels of production-oriented enterprises and sales service-oriented enterprises.
After-sales service certification is based on a scoring system of 100 points, and the scoring standard is strictly in accordance with the standard "Commodity After-Sales Service Evaluation System" GB/T 27922-2011, which is to check whether the company's service capabilities meet the requirements of the terms and other requirements in the standard.
Based on the comprehensive score, the total score of the reviewed party reaches 70 points and passes the review.
If the party being reviewed has a total score of less than 70 points, it will not pass the review.
a. If you reach 70 points or above, it is recommended to pass the standard service certification;
b. If you reach 80 points or above, it is recommended to pass the three-star service certification;
c. If you reach 90 points or above, it is recommended to pass the four-star service certification;
d. If you reach 95 points or above, it is recommended to pass the five-star service certification.
Companies that have passed the certification can use star marks on the products and packaging covered by the certificate as proof.
